SPD is having a Bicycle Rodeo!

A bicycle rodeo is being hosted at the Evangelical Free Church, 1710 N. 15th Street.

Hours:  8 am-11am

 This bicycle rodeo is a safey based program that focuses on handling skills and safe operation of a bicycle on city streets and sidewalks. The rodeo is open to ages 6-14 years of age.

7:00 pm Sheboygan Neighborhood Pride-East Side Neighborhood Meeting

Sheboygan Neighborhood Pride is hosting a neighborhood meeting for the East Side Neighborhood. The City of Sheboygan Planning Department as well as the Sheboygan Police Department will be present to introduce themselves and discuss neighborhood policing.

Residents will have an opportunity to discuss what they perceive as problems in their neighborhood and how they can organize and problem solve such issues.

6:00 pm Urban Wildlife Control Plan

The Sheboygan Police Department will be holding a Public Meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 6pm at the Deland Park Community Center, 901 Broughton Drive, regarding the development of an Urban Wildlife Control Plan.

 

During the meeting residents will be able to provide input on the number of deer in the City of Sheboygan, the impact on residents, and thoughts regarding control of the deer population. The department will also share information regarding a recent deer population survey and the process for developing an Urban Wildlife Control Plan.

 

Residents are encouraged to attend and share their thoughts and ideas.
