The arrests that class members made in week
four go to municipal court in week six. Here Tom Riemann confers
with City Attorney Chuck Adams. Municipal Judge Delahunt and
private Attorney Tom Heinrich also participated in the hearings. |

In week seven, the class go through training
in
High & Low Risk Traffic Stops. Stephanie Peil takes up a position

In week nine the class is brought out to the
police shooting range where they are instructed to fire the same

The Sheboygan Police
Citizens Academy is held once a year during the spring. The class
is 10-weeks long on Wednesday nights and covers 18 different topics,
many of which are practical exercises. If you would be interested
in participating in the academy in 2009, check this website for an
application next February. |
